Guided Meditation

Meditation is an ancient practice of controlling our own mind by calming and recharging body, mind and spirit...
It is about connecting to the rhythm of our heart beat and the steadiness of our breathing that opens the gate to our inner being…leading to tranquility and purification. This connection releases negative states of being (stress, worries, fear, anxiety) Ultimately providing awareness of our Divine potential. In this tranquil & pure space called mindfulness, it is believed that all systems within the physical body are enhanced. Vices turn to virtues and healing begins. Each meditation is unique and given to me by the angelic realm.
Weekly meditations are 30 minutes and “guided”... meaning that you will be guided you through the stillness. A meditation consists of 15 min of initial prep, 30 minutes of guided meditation and ending with a 15 min wind down period... Totaling 1 hour.
