My Journey...
I am the youngest of five children, raised in a small Montana town that I still believe was the very best place to grow up. My parents worked hard, lived with strong values, and loved their family deeply. Our family vacations and traditions are treasures I hold close, reminders of a simple and beautiful upbringing. Though I wasn’t raised within a denominational religion, I felt a deep spiritual connection and a clear sense of God’s presence from a young age.
By second grade, I knew there was “something more” to life. I often saw spirit, heard whispers and tones like Morse code, and felt energy that was hard to explain. In high school, I noticed beams of light flowing from my fingertips, believing at the time that everyone experienced this. My mother was encouraging and open, answering questions as best she could, and gently supporting the gifts I was beginning to understand.
In 1993, I began reading every spiritual and metaphysical book I could find, hungry for answers and direction. Each page deepened my sense of purpose, as though God’s voice grew louder with every discovery.
Then, in November of 1997, I received my first “angelic writing.” The messages from the Angelic Realm changed everything. I came to understand that true healing must reach body, mind, and spirit. Each message brought insight, love, and deep healing within myself. The angels’ words carried unconditional love and joy, and I felt called to serve as a conduit—sharing their messages and helping others connect with this boundless light.
In 2005, after many years of prayer, tears, and waiting, my husband and I were blessed with the adoption of our son, a beautiful beacon of light. God’s plan, in His perfect timing, became clear. Our son is an old soul with intuitive gifts of his own, and he has been one of my greatest teachers. Together, we explored energy, playing with light between our hands. His joy inspired me to formally study Reiki—a practice that gave language and structure to the energy I had already been channeling for years.
In 2012, as my mother’s health declined, the energy within me intensified. I prayed for clarity, and my answer came in the form of a mentor and Reiki instructor, divinely sent at the perfect time. That year, I became a Reiki Master. The experience brought me completion and gave my family a foundation to live by: open eyes, open hearts, and a simple call to action—see a need, fill a need.
Only months later, my beloved mother passed away. It was devastating, yet Reiki sustained me, keeping me healthy, grateful, and connected even in my darkest days. Through this loss, I learned that life is always moving, reshaping us. Growth is inevitable. Obstacles will come, but each holds a lesson, a purpose, and a light to guide the way.
My passion is to help others discover the spiritual and emotional roots of what manifests in the body. Healing is a courageous journey into the inner kingdom—the place where true transformation begins, and from which the outer life unfolds. To honor oneself without judgment is essential, and to trust the process is vital. Seeds cannot grow if they are held too tightly. We must let go, trust, and flourish.
It is with gratitude and humility that I share this path. My purpose is to walk beside others as they heal, grow, and awaken to their own light.
